Basic Introduction

Drive Type	6×4 (3 axles, rear two axles driving)
Engine	336HP / 371HP / 400HP / 430HP diesel engine
Transmission	10-speed or 12-speed manual gearbox with PTO

Pre-operation Inspection

Check the whle vehicle

Tires, pressure, wheel blts, suspensin, frame
Carg bdy, hydraulic cylinder, il pipes fr damage r il leakage
Tailgate lck is intact and reliable

Check all fluid levels

Engine il
Clant
Fuel
Hydraulic il
Brake il

Air brake system

Air pressure must reach 8–10 bar
N air leakage
Check service brake and parking brake

Cab and electric system

Lights, turn signals, wipers, instruments
All cntrls nrmal
Hydraulic cntrl lever in NEUTRAL

Engine Start & Warm-up

1.Gear in neutral, parking brake ON

2.Press clutch fully, start engine

3.Idle for 3–5 minutes to warm up

4.Check gauges:

Oil pressure normal
Air pressure nrmal
Water temperature nrmal

5.Do not drive if warning lights are on

Driving Operation

Gear shifting

Fully press clutch when shifting
Shift at 1200–1500 RPM
Use low gear when loaded or climbing hills

Braking

Use exhaust brake on long downhill to prevent brake overheating
Keep safe distance; loaded truck needs longer braking distance

Driving safety

No sharp turns
No sudden acceleration or braking
Comply with load limit and speed limit

Dumping Operation (Lifting & Lowering)

Before Dumping

Park on flat, solid ground
Parking brake ON, gear in neutral
Keep people away from the truck
Unlock the tailgate

Lifting the Cargo Body
1. Press clutch → turn on PTO → put into 1st or 2nd gear
2. Move hydraulic lever to UP
3. Keep engine at 1000–1500 RPM
4. After unloading, put lever to NEUTRAL

Lowering the Cargo Body
1. Move lever to DOWN
2. Wait until body is fully lowered and seated
3. Put lever back to NEUTRAL
4. Turn off PTO, shift to neutral

Strict Safety Rules

NEVER drive with cargo body raised
DO NOT stand under raised body
Do not lift if materials are stuck

After Operation

1. Park on flat ground, turn off engine
2. Clean cargo body, lights, rearview mirror
3. Check for oil leakage, loose bolts, damage
4. Record any abnormal noise or problems
5. Keep the vehicle in good condition
