Power System

• Engine: Matched with Weichai WP10/WP12 or SINOTRUK WD615 series diesel engines, power ranges from 266HP to 440HP (common 371HP/380HP/400HP). It features 6‑cylinder inline water‑cooling, turbocharging and intercooling, high torque at low speed, strong climbing ability and excellent fuel economy, complying with Euro 2 to Euro 5 emission standards.
• Transmission: Equipped with SINOTRUK HW19710 (10 forward + 2 reverse gears) or HW25712XSL (12‑speed) manual transmission, matched with HW50 power take‑off (PTO). The gear ratio is reasonably set, with smooth shifting and strong bearing capacity, fully meeting heavy‑load start and transportation demands.

Chassis & Driving System

• Drive Form: 6×4 (1 front steering axle + 2 rear drive axles), total load capacity up to 31 tons, rear axles are 16‑ton heavy‑duty MCP16ZG with differential lock, enhancing off‑road traction on muddy and rough roads.
• Axles & Suspension: Front axle VGD95 (9‑ton load capacity), rear double 16‑ton drive axles; reinforced multi‑leaf spring suspension with hydraulic shock absorbers and stabilizer bars, improving chassis stability and shock resistance.

• Cab Type: TX‑M/TX‑F mid‑top cab (525mm/749mm single sleeper), 4‑point full floating suspension design, effectively reducing driving vibration.
• Configuration: Equipped with adjustable damping driver seat, air‑conditioning, sun visor, safety belt, adjustable steering wheel and exterior air horn; the interior layout is reasonable with wide vision, bringing a comfortable driving experience for long‑term operation.

Cargo Body & Hydraulic System

• Cargo Body: The HOWO TX dump truck is constructed from high-strength, wear-resistant steel and offers a capacity of 18–28 cubic meters. Available in either U-shaped or rectangular configurations, it features thickened side panels and floor plates for superior impact and wear resistance.
• Hydraulic Lifting System: Front‑mounted multi‑stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder, stable lifting, fast dumping speed, adjustable dumping angle and height; optional electric tarpaulin to prevent material leakage and rain erosion.

Operating Instructions

1. Start‑up: Check engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil and tire pressure before starting; turn on the key to start the engine, preheat for 3–5 minutes at idle speed, and start driving after the engine runs stably.

2. Driving Operation: Shift gears strictly according to load and road conditions; use low gears for heavy‑load start and climbing; avoid sharp acceleration and sudden braking to protect the power system and chassis.

3. Dumping Operation: Park the vehicle on a flat and solid ground, engage the PTO, shift to neutral gear, pull the hydraulic lifting control handle, and lift the cargo body slowly; after unloading, reset the handle and lower the cargo body completely before driving off.

4. Shutdown and Maintenance: After the HOWO TX Dump Truck finishes operations, the engine should idle for 2–3 minutes to cool down before being shut off; regularly inspect the hydraulic system, braking system, and suspension components, and promptly replace wear parts to ensure reliable vehicle operation.
