Operation Guide
01/
Pre-operation Check
- Exterior: Check tires (pressure & wear), wheel nuts, cargo box, and hydraulic cylinder for leaks or damage.
- Engine area: Check engine oil, coolant, fuel level, brake fluid; inspect belts and hoses.
- Cab: Check lights, horn, instruments, parking brake, and airbag seat function.
02/
Starting & Driving
- Start: Insert key → ON (wait self-check) → START. Idle 3–5 minutes for warm-up.
- Drive: Release parking brake, depress clutch, shift to 1st gear, accelerate smoothly.
- Climbing/downhill: Use low gears for climbing; use exhaust brake and engine brake downhill.
- Speed: 60–80 km/h on good roads; ≤40 km/h on rough sites.

Dumping Operation
- Position: Park on flat, solid ground. Engage parking brake, shift to neutral.
- PTO: Start engine, depress clutch, engage PTO (power take-off).
- Lift: Slowly release clutch, operate hydraulic lever to raise box to 45–50°. Keep people away.
- Lower: After unloading, lower box slowly. Disengage PTO, return lever to neutral.

- Check overhead clearance (≥6 m) before lifting.
