Core Performance Advantages
Excellent Lifting Performance: The 12-ton rated lifting capacity fully covers conventional medium-load construction scenarios. The optimized boom stress structure ensures uniform force during operation, with stable micro-positioning ability to meet precise hoisting and placement requirements.
Efficient Hydraulic System: Adopts dual-pump confluence technology, which effectively improves working efficiency, reduces hydraulic loss, and ensures fast, smooth and coordinated compound actions of lifting, telescoping and rotation.
High Operation Stability: The wide-span hydraulic outriggers and reinforced subframe structure evenly disperse bearing pressure, providing excellent anti-tipping performance, and adapting to uneven ground and slope construction sites.
Strong Scene Adaptability: Integrated design of transportation and hoisting, flexible switching between driving and working modes. It is widely applicable for municipal engineering, power installation, road maintenance, garden construction and field emergency operations.

Structural & Safety Features
Reinforced Durable Structure
The boom base and subframe adopt thickened welding and integral reinforcement technology, with strong torsion resistance and impact resistance, suitable for long-term high-intensity cyclic operation.
Multiple Safety Interlock Protection
Equipped with overload automatic stop, height limit protection, rotation buffer and outrigger locking device to effectively avoid mechanical failure and safety accidents.
Low Comprehensive Operation Cost
Key moving parts are equipped with wear-resistant sleeves and centralized lubrication system. The whole vehicle adopts anti-corrosion spraying treatment, which reduces later maintenance frequency and extends service life.
Standard Operation Guide
Pre-Operation Inspection
Complete comprehensive pre-start inspection before construction to ensure safe and stable operation:
- Check the liquid levels of engine oil, coolant, fuel and hydraulic oil to ensure they are within the standard range; inspect all hydraulic pipelines and joints for oil leakage, aging and blockage.
- Check the boom body for cracks, deformation and abnormal wear; confirm the steel wire rope, lifting hook and safety anti-drop latch are intact and normally functional.
- Test the telescopic and lifting functions of hydraulic outriggers to ensure flexible operation and reliable locking performance.
- Verify the sensitivity and effectiveness of the lifting moment limiter, overload protection system and emergency stop device.
Pre-Construction Preparation
- Park the vehicle on flat, solid and open ground, keep the vehicle body horizontal, and avoid parking on soft, sloped and uneven road surfaces.
- Start the engine and idle for 3 to 5 minutes for warm-up; test boom lifting, telescoping, slewing and outrigger actions to confirm smooth operation without abnormal noise or jitter.
- Fully extend the front and rear outriggers, adjust the vehicle level, lay anti-slip support plates, and lock the hydraulic outrigger system.
- Check the firmness of slings and lifting accessories, confirm the load weight is within the rated lifting range, and strictly prohibit overload operation.
Standard Lifting Operation Specifications
- Lift the goods slowly and uniformly, conduct low-height trial lifting first to check the stability of the hanging objects, then carry out formal lifting operation.
- Control the rotation speed evenly during slewing operation, avoid fast rotation and sudden braking to prevent goods from swinging and falling.
- Reasonably adjust the boom angle and working radius according to the construction height and distance, and strictly follow the lifting parameter table.
- Prohibit oblique pulling, horizontal dragging and violent operation during high-altitude and long-radius lifting to ensure construction safety.
Driving & Transfer Precautions
- After finishing the lifting work, fully retract the boom, fix the lifting hook in place, retract all outriggers and lock the hydraulic system before driving.
- Do not carry suspended goods during vehicle driving; keep the boom fixed stably to avoid shaking and collision.
- Slow down when passing curves, slopes and bumpy roads, avoid sharp turning and sudden braking to protect the hydraulic system and boom structure.
Daily Maintenance & Storage
- Daily Maintenance: Clean dust and sediment on the boom, outriggers and hydraulic parts after operation; check pipeline tightness and liquid level status; lubricate boom pins, slewing bearings and movable parts regularly.
- Regular Maintenance: Replace engine oil, filter elements and hydraulic oil according to the official cycle; inspect steel wire rope wear, boom structural deformation and safety device sensitivity, and replace vulnerable parts in time.
- Long-Term Storage: Park the vehicle in a dry and ventilated place, fully retract all working parts, perform overall anti-rust treatment, and start the machine regularly for idle operation to avoid hydraulic system aging and blockage.
