Standard Operation Guide
After finishing hoisting work, fully retract the boom, place the hook in a fixed position, retract all outriggers and lock the hydraulic system before driving.

- Slow down when passing curves, slopes and bumpy roads, avoid sharp turning and sudden braking to protect the crane and hydraulic system.
- Do not carry heavy hanging objects during vehicle driving; keep the boom fixed stably to avoid shaking and collision during driving.
- Power & Hydraulic Inspection: Check engine oil, coolant and fuel levels; inspect hydraulic oil quantity and quality, confirm no leakage, aging or blockage of all hydraulic pipelines and joints.
Daily Maintenance & Storage
- Daily Maintenance: Clean dust and dirt on the boom, outriggers and hydraulic parts after operation; check pipeline tightness and liquid level; lubricate boom pins, slewing bearings and movable parts regularly.
- Crane Boom Inspection: Check the boom body for deformation, cracks and wear; confirm the steel wire rope is intact, no broken strands or serious wear; inspect hook, pulley and safety latch for normal condition.
- Outrigger Inspection: Test the telescopic and lifting functions of hydraulic outriggers to ensure flexible operation; check support plates for firm placement and no empty support or unstable grounding.
- Regular Maintenance: Replace hydraulic oil, filter elements and engine oil according to the official cycle; inspect steel wire rope wear, boom structural deformation and safety device sensitivity regularly; repair and replace vulnerable parts in time.
