Extended Skeleton Container Semi-Trailer
Full Vehicle Configuration
Standard Core Configuration
- Extended Reinforced Skeleton Frame: The main beam adopts high-strength manganese steel integral welding with extended customized length. Thickened upper and lower wing plates and multi-group reinforced cross auxiliary beams are added to the long body, which effectively disperses the bearing pressure of the extended frame, prevents long-body bending and deformation, and meets long-term heavy-load transportation of extra-long containers.
- Full-Length Standard Twist Lock System: Adopts extended full-range layout of fixed and movable international standard twist locks. The lock positions cover the full length of the frame, perfectly matching the installation dimensions of 45ft to 53ft long containers, achieving multi-point stable locking and effectively preventing container sliding and torsion.
- Balanced Suspension System: Equipped with heavy-duty mechanical balanced suspension with enhanced pressure-bearing design. The multi-group suspension stress balance structure adapts to the long-body force characteristics, effectively buffers road vibration, improves the overall driving balance of the extended vehicle, and ensures container transportation stability.

- High-Load Axle & Tire System: The Extended Skeleton Semi-trailer is equipped with high-strength heavy-duty axles, ensuring stable load-bearing performance. Matched with wear-resistant anti-pressure vacuum tires, it features low rolling resistance and strong durability, adapting to long-hour and long-distance high-speed transportation of extended semi-trailers.
- Enhanced Brake System: Adopts dual-circuit pneumatic brake system, equipped with ABS anti-lock device and emergency brake function. The optimized long-vehicle brake circuit ensures synchronous and sensitive braking of the whole vehicle, avoiding brake deviation and ensuring driving safety under long-body heavy-load conditions.
- Waterproof Electrical & Warning System: Full set of waterproof LED tail lights, turn signals, brake lights and extended reflective warning strips. The whole circuit is dustproof and waterproof, complying with international highway safety standards and supporting all-weather continuous driving.
- Full Safety Protection Devices: Equipped with extended side protective baffles, rear anti-collision beam and reinforced mudguards. The full-length protection structure effectively reduces wind resistance and driving risks, improving the overall safety factor of the long-body vehicle.

Core Performance Advantages
- Extra-Long Compatibility & High Capacity: The extended frame design perfectly matches various extra-long containers, solving the length limitation of standard semi-trailers. It greatly improves single-vehicle transportation volume and logistics efficiency, suitable for large-scale centralized container transportation.
- Long-Body Structural Stability: With multi-group reinforced auxiliary beam structure and optimized force balance design, the vehicle effectively avoids frame torsion and bending caused by long-body load bearing, maintaining stable structural performance during long-distance transportation.
- High Safety & Reliability: The full-length multi-point twist lock positioning system realizes all-round fixing of long containers. The enhanced brake and balanced suspension system adapt to the driving characteristics of long-body vehicles, ensuring stable driving and preventing cargo displacement.
- Excellent Economic Performance: The lightweight long-body design reduces vehicle dead weight and fuel consumption per unit cargo. The integrated durable structure has low failure rate and long service life, effectively reducing long-term logistics and maintenance costs.

Standard Operation Guide
Pre-operation Inspection
Before operation, comprehensively inspect the extended full-length frame, main beams, auxiliary beams and all welding points for cracks, deformation and damage. Check all full-layout twist locks for flexible rotation, complete functions and reliable locking performance. Inspect tire pressure, wear condition and axle operation status one by one. Test the sensitivity of the enhanced brake system, ABS device and all lighting and warning facilities to ensure all safety systems work normally.
Container Loading & Fixing
Park the semi-trailer on flat, solid and horizontal ground and tighten the hand brake. Clean up foreign matters on the full-length frame to ensure a flat bearing surface. Adjust the movable twist locks according to the length of the extra-long container, place the container slowly in the standard positioning area, and lock all fixed and movable twist locks one by one. Conduct full-length inspection to confirm no loose locking points, ensuring the long container is fully fixed without shaking or displacement.
Standard Driving Operation
Start slowly after confirming the container is firmly fixed. Due to the long-body design, avoid sharp acceleration, sudden braking, over-speed driving and violent turning during transportation. Slow down in advance when passing curves, ramp roads and bumpy sections to prevent vehicle torsion and container sliding. Strictly comply with load limit standards and prohibit overloading to protect the extended frame structure.
Unloading Operation Specifications
Drive to the designated unloading area and park the vehicle stably and horizontally. Cut off the power and tighten the hand brake. Sequentially unlock all full-length twist locks after confirming safety. Cooperate with professional container lifting equipment for standardized unloading. Prohibit violent impact, dragging and tilting operation to avoid damage to the long frame and twist lock components.
Daily Maintenance & Storage
Clean dust and sundries on the full-length frame and twist locks after each operation. Regularly inspect the firmness of extended main and auxiliary beams, and lubricate all movable twist locks and suspension pin shafts. Frequently check the brake circuit, electrical system, tire wear and axle operating status. For long-term storage, park the vehicle in a dry and ventilated place, and conduct regular anti-rust treatment and full functional inspection to ensure long-term stable performance of the long-body semi-trailer.
