Lightweight Frame: The main beams are made of Q345B/T700 high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel, with a double longitudinal beam integrated design, fully automated submerged arc welding; double-layer steel plate reinforcement at the gooseneck, and denser crossbeams in the load-bearing area, precisely matching the container stress points, and employing a T-groove positioning design. The open structure without a bottom plate significantly reduces weight while ensuring heavy-load rigidity, resisting container drop impacts, suitable for 40-60 ton standard load conditions, eliminating frame deformation, weld cracking, and other failures.


Tram and Suspension System: Standard configuration includes three 13-ton heavy-duty reinforced axles, upgradable to 16-ton heavy-duty axles. Optional components include international top brands such as FUWA, BPW, and SAF. The axle heads feature a long-lasting, maintenance-free design, suitable for continuous, high-frequency trailer swapping operations. The standard suspension is a heavy-duty reinforced mechanical leaf spring suspension with synchronized, balanced pressure distribution across all three axles, suitable for various road conditions including highways, urban roads, and port roads. A higher-spec upgrade to air suspension offers superior shock absorption, protecting delicate cargo and refrigerated container refrigeration units.

Container Locking System: Standard configuration includes 12 ISO international standard telescopic rotary locks, precisely positioned according to standard locations. It can simultaneously lock double 20-foot, single 40-foot, and single 45-foot containers, suitable for dry containers, refrigerated containers, and standard hazardous chemical containers. The rotary locks are forged from high-strength alloy steel with surface hardening treatment, making them wear-resistant, impact-resistant, easy to operate, and securely locked, effectively preventing displacement and tipping risks during container transport.

 

Tire and Wheel Configuration: Standard configuration includes 12 heavy-duty, wear-resistant tubeless tires (12 tires), with a thickened tire carcass structure, resistant to crushing, tearing, and high temperatures, specifically developed for high-frequency container transport; standard configuration also includes thickened, high-strength steel wheels with excellent heat dissipation, suitable for prolonged high-speed and low-speed mixed operating conditions. Optional low-profile tires and lightweight aluminum alloy wheels are available to further improve fuel economy and load-bearing efficiency.

Towing and Support System: The Standard Skeleton Semi-trailer towing unit is equipped with 50#/90# JOST heavy-duty forged towing pins, compatible with various towing connection methods, providing a secure connection and strong impact resistance, suitable for heavy-load starts and frequent braking conditions; the parking support features 28-ton high-strength outriggers, which are easier to operate than ordinary outriggers, with smooth and synchronized lifting, providing stable support for the entire vehicle and container whether under heavy load, during trailer swapping operations, or during long periods of stationary parking.

 

Braking and Electrical Systems: Equipped with a WABCO dual-circuit heavy-duty pneumatic braking system, standard ABS anti-lock braking system, three-axis synchronous braking, and even distribution of braking force, solving the problems of weak braking and skidding under heavy loads. Supports synchronous braking of the tractor unit. The entire vehicle is equipped with a 24V international universal circuit, 7-pin/15-pin dual-specification waterproof sockets, high-brightness extended LED taillights, side marker lights, and all-around reflective warning signs, fully meeting national, European, and American standards for container transportation regulations, and suitable for global cross-border transportation.
