Operation & Maintenance Guidelines
Pre-Trip Inspection
Check braking system, tire pressure, wheel condition, locking systems, lights, seals, and structural integrity before operation.
Loading Rules
Ensure balanced loading with proper center of gravity. Avoid overloading. Fragile goods must be secured with cushioning and straps.
Driving Rules
Speed under 90 km/h under normal load, under 80 km/h for fragile goods. Avoid sudden braking and sharp turns. Use engine braking on slopes.
Maintenance
Tighten bolts every 5,000 km, clean chassis regularly, lubricate moving parts, inspect brakes every 100,000 km, and apply anti-corrosion treatment in coastal areas quarterly.
