Standard Configuration
Main Load Frame
Constructed from Q345B/T700 high-strength manganese steel, the four-main-beam frame uses full automatic submerged arc welding for solid uniform welds. Double thickened plates reinforce the gooseneck. Dense cross beams and a 3mm anti-slip patterned steel floor stop cargo sliding. Welded lashing hooks on side rails simplify securing equipment and steel, suitable for long heavy-duty transport.
Suspension & Axles
Three 13-ton heavy axles come standard; FUWA, BPW and SAF axles are optional. Maintenance-free hubs reduce upkeep frequency. Reverse-mounted mechanical balance suspension evenly distributes loads and absorbs shocks for rough construction roads. Optional air suspension better protects delicate oversized cargo.
Tires & Wheels
Standard: 12pcs 12R22.5 wear-resistant heatproof tubeless tires + heat-dissipating steel wheels for long-distance heavy hauling. 245/70R19.5 low-profile tires are available to lower deck height for oversize loads; premium models support lightweight aluminum wheels.
Towing & Hydraulic Supports
90# JOST heavy-duty kingpin fits most global tractors, anti-wear and easy to install. 28-ton hydraulic landing legs level the trailer smoothly on hard or soft ground under empty or full loads.
Loading Ramp
Standard thick manganese steel spring-assisted ramp bears up to 60 tons for self-loading excavators, loaders and graders. Spring rebound cuts operation effort without extra lifting tools. Automatic hydraulic ramps are optional.
Brake & Electrical System

Operation & Maintenance Guidelines
Pre-Departure Inspection
Check brake air pressure and airtightness to eliminate air leakage. Inspect tire pressure, tread wear and hub temperature. Confirm the towing pin and outrigger clips are fully locked. Check gooseneck welds and floor beams for deformation or cracks. Ensure the ladder is firmly fixed, and all warning lights and reflective marks are complete. Depart only after full confirmation.
Loading & Unloading Standards
Keep cargo gravity centered; uneven loading and overloading are strictly prohibited. Secure oversized equipment with lashing ropes, tensioners and side hooks from all directions. When using the ladder, park the trailer on flat solid ground and retract outriggers. Operate machinery at a steady low speed; sudden acceleration and braking are forbidden to protect the ladder and frame.
Driving Specifications
Limit speed below 80 km/h for heavy and oversized cargo. Avoid speeding, sharp turns and emergency braking on highways. Reduce speed in advance at curves and intersections to reserve sufficient turning radius. Slow down on long downhill slopes and coordinate with the tractor brake system for stable speed control. Drive slowly and steadily on rough construction roads to avoid frame and axle damage from road obstacles.
Routine Maintenance
Retighten U-bolts, frame bolts and ladder fasteners every 5,000 km. Clean chassis dirt regularly and inspect welds for cracks. Check brake parts and wheel bearing wear every 100,000 km. Lubricate towing pins and outrigger hinges periodically. Apply anti-rust paint regularly in humid, coastal and salt-spray areas to prolong trailer service life.
