Dump Semi-trailer
Dump semi-trailers are suitable for transporting bulk loose cargo such as coal, ore, and construction materials. They fall into two main categories based on usage: one type consists of heavy-duty and extra-heavy-duty dump trailers designed for off-road operations-such as large-scale mining and engineering projects-and is typically used in conjunction with excavators.
Low-bed Semi-trailer
Low-bed semi-trailers feature a cargo platform without side walls and are versatile, primarily serving medium- to long-distance freight transport. The chassis utilizes a "through-beam" structure, with longitudinal beams available in either straight or "gooseneck" designs. Web heights range from 400mm to 550mm; longitudinal beams are welded using automatic submerged-arc welding, and the frame undergoes shot-blasting treatment. Cross-beams pass through the longitudinal beams and are welded to form an integrated structure.
Stake/Fence Semi-trailer
These semi-trailers feature a cargo area designed with a fence or stake structure. They are primarily used for transporting agricultural and sideline products, as well as other light, bulky goods.
Container Semi-trailer
These semi-trailers are designed to carry containers. They are primarily used in logistics systems supporting ships, ports, shipping routes, highways, transfer stations, bridges, tunnels, and multimodal transport. They are specifically designed for transporting various types of containers, offering sufficient strength for long-term, repeated use.
Tanker Semi-trailer
These semi-trailers feature a tank-style cargo structure. They are primarily used for transporting liquids, bulk materials, bulk cement, and similar commodities.
Box-type (Van) Semi-trailer
This series of semi-trailers is used for transporting household appliances, light textile goods, construction materials (such as coal, sand, and gravel), and palletized cargo.
Dump Truck (Semi-trailer)
A dump truck is a vehicle equipped with an automatic tipping mechanism for its cargo bed. Also known as a tipper or construction truck, it consists of a vehicle chassis, a hydraulic lifting mechanism, a power take-off (PTO) unit, and the cargo bed.
Oil Transport Semi-trailer
These semi-trailers are primarily used for large-scale oil transport, typically with a capacity of around 40 to 60 cubic meters.
Lightweight Semi-trailers
As the name implies, "ultra-lightweight" semi-trailers are significantly lighter than standard models. To define exactly what qualifies as ultra-lightweight: the industry classifies a trailer as such if it offers load capacity and dimensions comparable to a standard trailer but weighs at least 15% less.
