What This 215 Series Machine Offers
The SANY SY215C-8 Excavator is a tracked machine built for digging, loading and breaking out ground that has already been cut. Four things decide how well it holds up on that work.
Mitsubishi Six-Cylinder Diesel
A 6D34-TL water-cooled turbocharged engine of 4,900 ml makes 114 kW at 2,050 rpm, so the pump keeps its flow when the bucket is buried in clay or compacted spoil.
Kawasaki Hydraulics Throughout
The main pump is a Kawasaki K7V125DTP1X9R and the control valve an KMX15RB, both made in Japan. Maximum flow is 412 L/min at a 34.3 MPa relief setting.
Compact Tail Swing
The counterweight turns inside a 2,750 mm radius and the machine stands 2,810 mm wide on its tracks, which keeps it usable in a single carriageway or between two rows of sheet piles.
Serviced Before Release
The hydraulic lines have been replaced, all oils including the travel and swing gear cases have been renewed, and the machine has been cleaned and its bodywork gone over.

Pictures and promises are no substitute for a machine that actually works, so nothing is loaded until it has been through the same routine on our yard. The diesel is started and run up to temperature. Every function is worked through on the joysticks, then the tracking is checked in both directions and the slew is parked and held. Weeps, slow returns and unusual noises are all noted.
Documents come next. The specification sheet is signed against the machine number, so there is no argument later about what was sold. Freight is quoted against the port you name rather than a default one. Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and any certificate you need are prepared together as a single set. The report we send is written as found, flattering or not.
